At least 13 people are feared dead following a reported road crash at Doka in Kaduna State involving a Golf vehicle and a truck, according to an initial eyewitness account.

The Golf vehicle was reportedly carrying passengers travelling towards Southern Kaduna when it collided with the truck. The incident is said to have occurred earlier on Saturday, although the exact time and circumstances remain unclear.

The initial account attributed the crash to dangerous overtaking, but this has not been independently confirmed. Details of possible survivors, the identities of those involved and the response by emergency authorities were also not immediately available.
